Where does My Identity - Medical ID Jewellery deliver?
We delivery New Zealand wide via Courier Post which under normal circumstances is overnight. If you are a rural address, delivery will be 2-3 working days. We will always send you a tracking code when your item has left us.

Do you have a physcial store I can view items?
Unfortunately not at this time. We are a small family owned business and currently we are online only.

How is the engraving done?
We have a laser engraver locally to where we run our business and he laser engraves all the information on the back of each bracelet/pendant. This engraving will last for the lifetime of the item guaranteed.

What do I engrave on the back of my Medical ID?
It has been suggested to us by St John's Ambulance to put the following: NAME SURNAME NHI NUMBER - this is 3 letters followed by 4 numbers and looks like this ABC1234 - it is your national health number
AILMENT i.e. TYPE 1 DIABETES, ALLERGIES TO MEDICATIONS or any other ailment that is important for first reponders to know.> ICE: +64 21 123 4567 - this is an In Case of Emergency phone number - we recommend adding the international dialling code for NZ in case of overseas travel.

What should I engrave?

Do you engrave the front or back?
We only engrave the back unless expressly requested. If you would like the front and back engraved that will incur another engraving fee.

How do I place an order for delivery?
There are two easy ways to place your order with My Identity - Medical ID Jewellery:
- Order Online: Browse the on-line catalog, and complete the delivery information next to the product you've chosen. Include your desired delivery date, along with a special message for the recipient.
- Order by Telephone: Once you have decided upon an arrangement from our online store, simply make a note of the name of the arrangement and call (818) 345-2009.

How long does delivery take?
We allow 5 working days for engraving but it is normally next day turn around or 2 at the most. Then it is shipping to get to you. We try our very best to get your new ID to you as soon as we can.

Can I track my order?
We send you a tracking code on all orders placed when they leave us. You will get this tracking code via email and you can happily track your order until it gets to you. We use signature required so these parcels don't get lost.

What if I purchased the wrong size?
Don't worry, these things happen. We are only too happy to exchange if the sizing is not right. Just get in touch with us.

What if I don't like what I purchased?
Due to the product being engraved with your personal information, we cannot exchange these items but sometimes we can help you with an alternative - just get in touch with us and we will try and help you.

Can I give my credit card number over the phone if I prefer?
All of our online transactions use a secure server, which utilises a secure socket layer to protect your personal information. If you do not wish to transmit your credit card information over the internet, then please call us at +64 21 621 595 and we can organise for you to pay with online banking if you prefer.
